The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) announced Wednesday, July 28, that 90 regional branches, including the Huonville branch, will shorten their opening hours.

These select regional branches will now serve customers in store from 9.30 am to 1pm, then close to assist the CBA contact centres.

Mark Jones, Executive General Manager of the Customer Service Network, said that the changes are in response to developing customer needs, with CBA receiving more than a million increasingly complex customer enquiries every month through their contact centres.
