Celebrating 30 years of the iconic A Taste of the Huon event in Ranelagh, Sunday, March 12 and Monday, March 13 provided Huon Valley locals and tourists the best of fine food, wine, entertainment, arts and crafts from the Huon Valley and Channel region.
While some stallholders and organisers for the event expressed that visitors numbers were down over the weekend, there was no shortage of fun, laughter and good music for those who came along to support the Taste.
Officially opened by Matt Newell, A Taste of the Huon also had a long line-up of musical acts, including Tyler Hudson, singing duo Beautifully Mad, Blues Brothers, Baker Boys and headliners The Black Sorrows, playing at 6pm on the first night of the Taste.
